After traveling around Minnesota, presenting "Working Towards Wellness: Is It Right For Your Business?" our tour has come to an end! We had a lot of fun, some great attendance (Hibbing had the most) and with the help of Amy Wyant, we even added some spice to our presentations! (see photo below) |

December 15-December 31 | Selecting Businesses -Workplace Wellness staff will look at all applicants and determine 2-3 businesses in each county to work with. |
January 1-February 28 | Comprehensive Workplace Assessments - Workplace Policies and Practices Assessment (completed with senior management) - Observational Site Assessment (Workplace Wellness staff) - Employee Health and Behavior Survey (online) Results and Recommendations - Workplace Wellness staff will present strategies and recommendations based on all the data collected. |
February 1-April 15 | Formation of Health Teams - An Internal Health Champion will be identified, and a collaboration of employees from all departments will be formed to create a health team. The health team and Workplace Wellness staff will determine how to carry out the action plan. |
April 15-June 30 | Implement and Evaluate Action Plan - Evaluation will be done by Workplace Wellness staff |
